No wonder then if with the MULTIVAR MHR TEAM 2 variator, your scooter suddenly will have an extra sprint, a consistency in shifting, a greater mechanical "ease" at high speeds and a constancy in performance you've never experienced before with the original version!

The bushing is the point of contact between the half-pulley and the variator hub and must slide radially and axially without being deformed.
With this in mind, we have improved the entire system by using hardened steel bushings and ground, both on the internal and external diameter, and, thanks to the use of 2 oil seals, the lubricating grease present, in a reservoir, laps the walls of the coupling hub bushing ensuring minimum friction in any condition, in addition to maximum efficiency.
The 22 mm variator hub has also been improved in design: in fact, holes have been made to connect the internal and external chambers for grease flow and increase lubrication. This technology also allows to reduce the tolerances and, consequently, also all the coupling plays are improved and optimized.
The kit contains a 99.5 mm diameter mobile half pulley made of a special cast aluminium alloy.
The contact surface between pulley and belt is super-finished with a diamond tool to grant a constant coefficient of friction, calculated to prevent both belt slip and premature wear.

To satisfy the innumerable adjustings required by racing scooters, depending on the track type and on the tuning of the engines, the Multivar MHR is supplied with 2 sets of 6 rollers and a counter-spring in pre-hardened silicon-chrome steel alloy with counter clockwise winding (racing). In addition, other springs of the same class with different loads are available as options.
